Time to start doing and stop should-ing. Time is passing us by and it’s the shoulds in life that lead to regret. Stop should-ing all over yourself and make a clean break!
Functioning out of necessity is lending to us neglecting our inner child that wants to dream big. We become a society filled with robots.
What good are healthy lifestyle choices if they’re infused into our lives with repetition and lack of excitement and passion?
We’re all puzzle pieces that when combined fulfill a greater purpose. Who are we to not lay down our piece and deny the world of our gifts?
We’re not promised tomorrow, so procrastinating can lead to the should’ve, could’ve and would haves in life. Regret!
What should I do?
Write a letter of gratitude to someone today, that you would hate to be reading as their eulogy and have never told them when they were alive; and present it to them.
We all grieve: death, divorce, major illness… Grief coaching is something we all could benefit from.
Parenting and marriage can create struggles if we fail to give positive acknowledgement and it’s easy to fall victim to.
Avoid regret by not lingering on things. Fulfilling your purpose on this earth can avoid the shoulds.
What things would you regret on your death bed? Bronnie Ware‘s book, The Top Five Regrets of the Dying causes one to wonder if we’re focused on the right things in life. (See my blog for more on this topic).
When we put life off, we run the risk of not getting a chance to do the “stuff.” Live in the moment. Live for the journey and enjoy it as you go!
Get your energy up and function at a higher vibration.
Be remembered for doing your best and enjoying it. Giving all of yourself to whatever you do.
Do you still have should haves with relationships in your past? Find forgiveness and a way to move forward without regret.
Emotions stored in tissues and not processed can cause physical sickness and to bury negative emotions will only make it worse.
Lifestyle changes aren’t enough to be healthy and well. Stress is physically making us sick.
