Stress and anxiety produce poor health consequences. Overwhelm is not a state of mind that any of us desire. When you feel out of control, on the roller coaster of life, it can feel like a lot. This hypnotherapy session is a powerful way to regain control and settle your mind and body into a state of ease. You have the powerful ability already within you to reduce stress. This session was created to bring that ability back into your control.

These sessions are aimed to shed light on whatever may be blocking you from lowering your stress and living your life with ease. The sessions will help you to successfully remove any barriers whether conscious, or unconscious. After these hypnosis sessions you will be able to remain calm with an effortless confidence. This was created to give you a tool in your toolbox to allow you to have a life you desire with simplicity around your mental state and achieve it more effortlessly.

This post and the sessions are not intended to be a substitute for counseling, or professional help, but more of a companion that are there to support you and assist you whenever you feel you need it. By making this brave decision, you will be rewarded with better insight and ability to grow beyond patterns that don’t serve you and reduce stress that doesn’t benefit you.

Stress creates a hormone called cortisol. Cortisol has been linked to many risks to health. My blog on this topic can be accessed at this link if you’d like more evidence based research on the topic. I also did several podcast episodes Season 1 of Simply Healed With Heather Leonard, discussing this very topic. If you follow the link to access the podcast, you may want to check out episode 34 entitled Changing The Way You Think To Reduce Stress (which you can click directly on to be brought straight to this episode).

I believe stress was one of the major contributing factors to my husband’s death at the age of 42. I take this topic very seriously and have done extensive research in the field of lowering cortisol and finding ways to reduce stress.

Hypnotherapy has been my favorite tool I’ve found to help others who are experiencing high levels of anxiety that’s interfering with their life. It is gentle, effective and what’s best- does not produce more stress! How ridiculous is it really to have a stressful treatment protocol to reduce stress? Yes, I’ve witnessed people experience this. You won’t have to bear all of your deepest secrets that create stress in your life, the work is done entirely on the subconscious level and you will remain in full control of yourself and your words.

I’m excited about the powerful outcomes of these sessions and the ease at which results are achieved. Just think of all of the areas of your life that could be improved if you could reduce stress. I hope you choose to do more than just think about the benefits, but the take this simple step to see for yourself the life you can have once your anxiety is reduced.

Lowering your stress can help you perform better at work (some employers will even reimburse for treatments that serve to help you decrease your stress). Just think how powerful it would be for you to be able to reduce stress on command.

Nothing represented here is medical advice. Hypnotherapy should be used as a supplement, not a replacement for, mental health treatments and therapies. See full disclaimer at this link.
